Accessibility Statement

Know & Keep wants its website and digital resources to be useful to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.

Our approach

We aim to use clear language, readable contrast, meaningful headings, descriptive links and images, keyboard-friendly navigation, and documents that can be understood and used with common assistive technologies. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a guiding standard while recognizing that some content or third-party tools may not yet fully meet every criterion.

Digital downloads

Our printable products are designed primarily for printing and handwriting. Some products may not work equally well with every screen reader, magnifier, voice-control tool, PDF viewer, printer, or device. If you have difficulty accessing a purchased file or free resource, contact us and describe what you need. When reasonably possible, we will work with you to provide the content in a more usable format or assist with access.

Third-party features

The Site uses third-party hosting, ecommerce, payment, cookie-consent, and other tools that we do not fully control. Their accessibility may vary. We encourage those providers to improve accessibility and will consider practical alternatives when we become aware of a barrier.

Request assistance or report a barrier

Email hello@knowandkeep.com with the subject line "Accessibility Help." Please include the page, product, or feature involved; what you were trying to do; a short description of the problem; and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. Do not include passwords, full payment details, Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or other sensitive household information.

We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Accessibility feedback will be used to guide future improvements.

We may update this statement as the Site, products, standards, and available tools change. The latest version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
